§ 18-184. Citations authorized; method adopted.

Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 66.0113, the town hereby elects to use the citation method of enforcement of ordinances other than those for which a statutory counterpart exists and under this Fire Protection Code. Citations may be issued for ordinance violations in accordance with this article. The form of the citation is as prescribed by Wis. Stats. § 66.0113.
