§ 18-183. Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article shall be fined not less than $50.00 or more than $500.00 for each offense, together with applicable court costs. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. No person, firm or corporation shall be prosecuted for a violation of section 18-176 of this article unless they have failed to make the required correction within the time specified.
